Momento di preghiera, proposto dai familiari di Padre Paolo Dall’Oglio, rapito in Siria il 29 luglio 2013, in occasione dei suoi 60 anni:

“Caro Paolo,
il 17 novembre, per i tuoi sessant’anni, il nostro regalo sarà una preghiera o un pensiero condiviso a distanza.
Lo proponiamo a chi ti vuole bene in ogni parte del mondo, alle 19 ora italiana.
Pregheremo per te e per tutte le altre persone private della libertà.
Noi pregheremo per i vescovi e gli altri preti di cui, come te, non si hanno più notizie da tempo.
Pregheremo per la pace e la giustizia in quella regione.
Noi pregheremo affinché un pò di luce o un soffio di vento possano dare sostegno e conforto a te e a tutte le persone che da troppo tempo stanno soffrendo.
Caro Paolo ti vogliamo bene e continuiamo con insistenza e speranza ad aspettarti”

“Dear Paolo,
On 17 November, our present for you will be a prayer or a shared thought, even at a distance, on your 60th birthday.
We propose it to those who love you in every corner of the world, at 7 pm Italian time.
We will pray for you and all the other persons deprived of their freedom.
We will pray for the bishops and the priests from whom, like you, we had no news for a
long time.
We will pray for peace and justice in that region.
We will pray so that a beacon of light or a soft breeze may bring comfort and support to
you and to all the people that have been suffering for far too long.
Dear Paolo, we love you and we continue to wait for you with hope and persistence”

Nous le proposons à ceux qui t’aiment dans tous les coins du monde, à 19h heure

Nous prierons pour toi et pour toute personne privée de liberté.
Nous prierons pour les évêques et les autres prêtres dont, comme toi, on n’a plus eu de
nouvelles depuis longtemps.
Nous prierons pour la paix et la justice dans cette région.
Nous prierons afin qu’un peu de lumière et un souffle de vent puissent apporter soutien et
réconfort à toi et à ceux qui souffrent depuis trop longtemps.

إننا نصلي، طالبين ولو بعضًا من نور أو نفحة نسيمٍ، دعمًا وعضدًا لكل الأشخاص الذين يعانون منذ وقت طويل.
