Agosto 2019 La preghiera attraverso la lettura del salmo 119 ci aiuta ad affidarci alla Provvidenza con lo sguardo rivolto al Signore e Paolo nel cuore

Salmo 119 (81-88)
81 Mi consumo nell’attesa della tua salvezza,
spero nella tua parola.
82 Si consumano i miei occhi dietro la tua promessa,
mentre dico: «Quando mi darai conforto?».
83 Io sono come un otre esposto al fumo,
ma non dimentico i tuoi insegnamenti.
84 Quanti saranno i giorni del tuo servo?
Quando farai giustizia dei miei persecutori?
85 Mi hanno scavato fosse gli insolenti
che non seguono la tua legge.
86 Verità sono tutti i tuoi comandi;
a torto mi perseguitano: vieni in mio aiuto.
87 Per poco non mi hanno bandito dalla terra,
ma io non ho abbandonato i tuoi precetti.
88 Secondo il tuo amore fammi vivere
e osserverò le parole della tua bocca.

81 Mon âme languit après ton salut; J’espère en ta promesse.
82 Mes yeux languissent après ta promesse; Je dis: Quand me consoleras-tu?
83 Car je suis comme une outre dans la fumée; Je n’oublie point tes statuts.
84 Quel est le nombre des jours de ton serviteur? Quand feras-tu justice de ceux qui me persécutent?
85 Des orgueilleux creusent des fosses devant moi; Ils n’agissent point selon ta loi.
86 Tous tes commandements ne sont que fidélité; Ils me persécutent sans cause: secours-moi!
87 Ils ont failli me terrasser et m’anéantir; Et moi, je n’abandonne point tes ordonnances.
88 Rends-moi la vie selon ta bonté, Afin que j’observe les préceptes de ta bouche!

81 My soul languishes for your salvation;
I hope in your word.
82 My eyes fail with watching for your promise;
I ask, ‘When will you comfort me?’
83 For I have become like a wineskin in the smoke,
yet I have not forgotten your statutes.
84 How long must your servant endure?
When will you judge those who persecute me?
85 The arrogant have dug pitfalls for me;
they flout your law.
86 All your commandments are enduring;
I am persecuted without cause; help me!
87 They have almost made an end of me on earth;
but I have not forsaken your precepts.
88 In your steadfast love spare my life,
so that I may keep the decrees of your mouth.

مزمور ١١٩ (٨١-٨٨)

أتَحَرَّقُ شَوقاً لِخَلاصِكَ.
مُنتَظِرٌ أنا واضِعاً فِي كَلامِكَ رَجائِي!
كَلَّتْ عَينايَ انتِظاراً لأمرِكَ،
فَمَتَى سَتُعَزِّينِي؟
حَتَّى عِندَما أُصبِحُ عَجُوزاً كَإناءِ خَمرٍ قَدِيمٍ
عَلَى كَوْمَةِ قُمامَةٍ،
لَنْ أنسَى شَرائِعَكَ.
حَتَّى مَتَى يَحيا عَبدُكَ
قَبلَ أنْ تَقتَصَّ مِنْ مُضطَهِدِيَّ؟
المُتَغَطرِسُونَ أقامُوا لِي كَمائِنَ.
عَلَى نَقِيضِ شَرِيعَتِكَ تَصَرَّفُوا.
اضطَهَدُونِي بِلا سَبَبٍ.
كُلُّ وَصاياكَ يُعتَمَدُ عَلَيها،
فَأعِنِّي يا اللهُ!
كادَ هَؤُلاءِ أنْ يُمِيتُونِي،
وَأنا ما تَوَقَّفتُ يَوماً عَنْ طاعَةِ وَصاياكَ.
أحيِنِي بِرَحمَتِكَ،
فَأحفَظَ الوَصايا الَّتِي أعطَيتَها.
