2 Ti amo, Signore, mia forza,
3 Signore, mia roccia, mia fortezza, mio liberatore;
mio Dio, mia rupe, in cui trovo riparo;
mio scudo e baluardo, mia potente salvezza.
4 Invoco il Signore, degno di lode,
e sarò salvato dai miei nemici.
5 Mi circondavano flutti di morte,
mi travolgevano torrenti impetuosi;
6 già mi avvolgevano i lacci degli inferi,
già mi stringevano agguati mortali.
7 Nel mio affanno invocai il Signore,
nell’angoscia gridai al mio Dio:
dal suo tempio ascoltò la mia voce,
al suo orecchio pervenne il mio grido.
17 Stese la mano dall’alto e mi prese,
mi sollevò dalle grandi acque,
18 mi liberò da nemici potenti,
da coloro che mi odiavano
ed erano più forti di me.
19 Mi assalirono nel giorno di sventura,
ma il Signore fu mio sostegno;

Psalm 18 (1-7, 17-20, 47)
1 To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David, the servant of the LORD, who addressed the words of this song to the LORD on the day when the LORD rescued him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul. He said:
2 I love you, O LORD, my strength.
3 The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer,
my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge,
my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
4 I call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised,
and I am saved from my enemies.
5 The cords of death encompassed me;
the torrents of destruction assailed me;
6 the cords of Sheol entangled me;
the snares of death confronted me.
7 In my distress I called upon the LORD;
to my God I cried for help.
From his temple he heard my voice,
and my cry to him reached his ears.
17 He sent from on high, he took me;
he drew me out of many waters.
18 He rescued me from my strong enemy
and from those who hated me,
for they were too mighty for me.
19 They confronted me in the day of my calamity,
but the LORD was my support.
20 He brought me out into a broad place;
he rescued me, because he delighted in me.
47 The LORD lives, and blessed be my rock,
and exalted be the God of my salvation.

Psaume 18 (1-7, 17-20, 47)
Et les torrents de la destruction m’avaient épouvanté;
J’ai crié à mon Dieu;
Il me retira des grandes eaux;
19 Ils m’avaient surpris au jour de ma détresse;

Salmo 62
1Al maestro del coro. Su «Iduthun». Salmo. Di Davide.
2 Solo in Dio riposa l’anima mia;
da lui la mia salvezza.
3 Lui solo è mia rupe e mia salvezza,
come muro cadente,
come recinto che crolla?
5 Tramano solo di precipitarlo dall’alto,
si compiacciono della menzogna.
Con la bocca benedicono,
e maledicono nel loro cuore.
6 Solo in Dio riposa l’anima mia,
da lui la mia speranza.
7 Lui solo è mia rupe e mia salvezza,
mia roccia di difesa: non potrò vacillare.
8 In Dio è la mia salvezza e la mia gloria;
9 Confida sempre in lui, o popolo,
non illudetevi della rapina;
alla ricchezza, anche se abbonda,
non attaccate il cuore.
12 Una parola ha detto Dio,
due ne ho udite:
il potere appartiene a Dio,
tua, Signore, è la grazia;
13 secondo le sue opere
tu ripaghi ogni uomo.

Psalm 62
To the leader: according to Jeduthun. A Psalm of David.
1 For God alone my soul waits in silence;
from him comes my salvation.
2 He alone is my rock and my salvation,
my fortress; I shall never be shaken.
3 How long will you assail a person,
will you batter your victim, all of you,
as you would a leaning wall, a tottering fence?
4 Their only plan is to bring down a person of prominence.
They take pleasure in falsehood;
they bless with their mouths,
but inwardly they curse.Selah
5 For God alone my soul waits in silence,
for my hope is from him.
6 He alone is my rock and my salvation,
my fortress; I shall not be shaken.
7 On God rests my deliverance and my honour;
my mighty rock, my refuge is in God.
8 Trust in him at all times, O people;
pour out your heart before him;
God is a refuge for us.Selah
9 Those of low estate are but a breath,
those of high estate are a delusion;
in the balances they go up;
they are together lighter than a breath.
10 Put no confidence in extortion,
and set no vain hopes on robbery;
if riches increase, do not set your heart on them.
11 Once God has spoken;
twice have I heard this:
that power belongs to God,
12 and steadfast love belongs to you, O Lord.
For you repay to all
according to their work.

Psaume 62
Au chef des chantres. D’après Jeduthun. Psaume de David.
2 Oui, c’est en Dieu que mon âme se confie;
De lui vient mon salut.
3 Oui, c’est lui qui est mon rocher et mon salut;
5 Ils conspirent pour le précipiter de son poste élevé;
Ils prennent plaisir au mensonge;
Ils bénissent de leur bouche,
Et ils maudissent dans leur cœur. – Pause.
6 Oui, mon âme, confie-toi en Dieu!
Car de lui vient mon espérance.
7 Oui, c’est lui qui est mon rocher et mon salut;
Ma haute retraite: je ne chancellerai pas.
8 Sur Dieu reposent mon salut et ma gloire;
Et ne mettez pas un vain espoir dans la rapine;
Quand les richesses s’accroissent,
N’y attachez pas votre cœur.
12 Dieu a parlé une fois;
Deux fois j’ai entendu ceci:
C’est que la force est à Dieu.
13 A toi aussi, Seigneur! la bonté;
Car tu rends à chacun selon ses œuvres.

4 Ricordi tutti i tuoi sacrifici
e gradisca i tuoi olocausti.
5 Ti conceda secondo il tuo cuore,
faccia riuscire ogni tuo progetto.
6 Esulteremo per la tua vittoria,
spiegheremo i vessilli in nome del nostro Dio;
adempia il Signore tutte le tue domande.
7 Ora so che il Signore salva il suo consacrato;

Psaume 20
1 Au chef des chantres. Psaume.
Nous lèverons l’étendard au nom de notre Dieu;
L’Eternel exaucera tous tes vœux.
7 Je sais déjà que l’Eternel sauve son oint;
8 Ceux-ci s’appuient sur leurs chars, ceux-là sur leurs chevaux;
9 Eux, ils plient, et ils tombent;

Psalm 20
1 To the choirmaster. A Psalm. Of David.
2 May the LORD answer you in the day of trouble!
May the name of the God of Jacob protect you!
3 May he send you help from the sanctuary
and give you support from Zion!
4 May he remember all your offerings
and regard with favor your burnt sacrifices! Selah
5 May he grant you your heart’s desire
and fulfill all your plans!
6 May we shout for joy over your salvation,
and in the name of our God set up our banners!
May the LORD fulfill all your petitions!
7 Now I know that the LORD saves his anointed;
he will answer him from his holy heaven
with the saving might of his right hand.
8 Some trust in chariots and some in horses,
but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.
9 They collapse and fall,
but we rise and stand upright.
10 O LORD, save the king!
May he answer us when we call.

Salmo 17
Preghiera.
4 secondo l’agire degli uomini;
seguendo la parola delle tue labbra,
ho evitato i sentieri del violento.
5 Sulle tue vie tieni saldi i miei passi
e i miei piedi non vacilleranno.
6 Io t’invoco, mio Dio: dammi risposta;
porgi l’orecchio, ascolta la mia voce,
7 mostrami i prodigi del tuo amore:
tu che salvi dai nemici
chi si affida alla tua destra.
8 Custodiscimi come pupilla degli occhi,
proteggimi all’ombra delle tue ali,
9 di fronte agli empi che mi opprimono,
ai nemici che mi accerchiano.
10 Essi hanno chiuso il loro cuore,
le loro bocche parlano con arroganza.
11 Eccoli, avanzano, mi circondano,
puntano gli occhi per abbattermi;
13 Sorgi, Signore, affrontalo, abbattilo;
Je me tiens en garde contre la voie des violents;
5 Mes pas sont fermes dans tes sentiers,
Mes pieds ne chancellent point.
6 Je t’invoque, car tu m’exauces, ô Dieu!
Incline vers moi ton oreille, écoute ma parole!
8 Garde-moi comme la prunelle de l’œil;
Et tu remplis leur ventre de tes biens;
15 Pour moi, dans la justice, je verrai ta face;

Psalm 17
Prayer of David.
1 Hear a just cause, O LORD; attend to my cry!
Give ear to my prayer from lips free of deceit!
2 From your presence let my vindication come!
Let your eyes behold the right!
3 You have tried my heart, you have visited me by night,
you have tested me, and you will find nothing;
I have purposed that my mouth will not transgress.
4 With regard to the works of man, by the word of your lips
I have avoided the ways of the violent.
5 My steps have held fast to your paths;
my feet have not slipped.
6 I call upon you, for you will answer me, O God;
incline your ear to me; hear my words.
7 Wondrously show your steadfast love,
O Savior of those who seek refuge
from their adversaries at your right hand.
8 Keep me as the apple of your eye;
hide me in the shadow of your wings,
9 from the wicked who do me violence,
my deadly enemies who surround me.
10 They close their hearts to pity;
with their mouths they speak arrogantly.
11 They have now surrounded our steps;
they set their eyes to cast us to the ground.
12 He is like a lion eager to tear,
as a young lion lurking in ambush.
13 Arise, O LORD! Confront him, subdue him!
Deliver my soul from the wicked by your sword,
14 from men by your hand, O LORD,
from men of the world whose portion is in this life.
You fill their womb with treasure;
they are satisfied with children,
and they leave their abundance to their infants.
15 As for me, I shall behold your face in righteousness;
when I awake, I shall be satisfied with your likeness.

Salmo 16
Miktam.
7 Benedico il Signore che mi ha dato consiglio;
8 Io pongo sempre innanzi a me il Signore,
sta alla mia destra, non posso vacillare.
9 Di questo gioisce il mio cuore,
esulta la mia anima;

5 L’Eternel est mon partage et mon calice;
C’est toi qui m’assures mon lot;
6 Un héritage délicieux m’est échu,
Une belle possession m’est accordée.
7 Je bénis l’Eternel, mon conseiller;
La nuit même mon cœur m’exhorte.
8 J’ai constamment l’Eternel sous mes yeux;
11 Tu me feras connaître le sentier de la vie;
Il y a d’abondantes joies devant ta face,
Des délices éternelles à ta droite.

Psalm 16
A Miktam of David.
1 Preserve me, O God, for in you I take refuge.
2 I say to the LORD, “You are my Lord;
I have no good apart from you.”
3 As for the saints in the land, they are the excellent ones,
in whom is all my delight.
4 The sorrows of those who run after another god shall multiply;
their drink offerings of blood I will not pour out
or take their names on my lips.
5 The LORD is my chosen portion and my cup;
you hold my lot.
6 The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places;
indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance.
7 I bless the LORD who gives me counsel;
in the night also my heart instructs me.
8 I have set the LORD always before me;
because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken.
9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my whole being rejoices;
my flesh also dwells secure.
10 For you will not abandon my soul to Sheol,
or let your holy one see corruption.
11 You make known to me the path of life;
in your presence there is fullness of joy;
at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

    Salmo 146
    1 Alleluia.
    Loda il Signore, anima mia:
    2 loderò il Signore per tutta la mia vita,
    finché vivo canterò inni al mio Dio.

    3 Non confidate nei potenti,
    in un uomo che non può salvare.
    4 Esala lo spirito e ritorna alla terra;
    in quel giorno svaniscono tutti i suoi disegni.

    5 Beato chi ha per aiuto il Dio di Giacobbe,
    chi spera nel Signore suo Dio,
    6 creatore del cielo e della terra,
    del mare e di quanto contiene.
    Egli è fedele per sempre,
    7 rende giustizia agli oppressi,
    dà il pane agli affamati.

    Il Signore libera i prigionieri,
    8 il Signore ridona la vista ai ciechi,
    il Signore rialza chi è caduto,
    il Signore ama i giusti,
    9 il Signore protegge lo straniero,
    egli sostiene l’orfano e la vedova,
    ma sconvolge le vie degli empi.

    10 Il Signore regna per sempre,
    il tuo Dio, o Sion, di generazione in generazione.
    Alleluia.

    Psaume 146
    1 Alleluia.
    Loue le Seigneur, ô mon âme !
    2 Je veux louer le Seigneur tant que je vis,
    je veux jouer pour mon Dieu tant que je dure.

    3 Ne mettez point votre foi dans les princes :
    un fils de la glaise ne peut sauver;
    4 il rend le souffle, il retourne à sa glaise,
    en ce jour-là périssent ses pensées.

    5 Heureux qui a l’appui du Dieu de Jacob,
    et son espoir dans le Seigneur son Dieu :
    6 lui qui a fait le ciel et la terre
    et la mer, et tout ce qu’ils renferment.
    Il garde à jamais la vérité,
    7 il rend justice aux opprimés,
    il donne aux affamés du pain,

    Le Seigneur délie les enchaînés.
    8 Le Seigneur rend les aveugles voyants,
    le Seigneur redresse les courbés,
    9 le Seigneur protège l’étranger,
    il soutient la veuve et l’orphelin.
    Le Seigneur aime les justes
    mais détourne la voie des impies.

    10 Le Seigneur règne pour les siècles,
    ton Dieu, ô Sion, d’âge en âge!
    Alleluia.

    Psalm 146
    1 Hallelujah !
    Praise the LORD, O my soul!
    2 I will praise the LORD as long as I live;
    I will sing praises to my God while I have my being.
    3 Put not your trust in princes,
    in a son of man, in whom there is no salvation.
    4 When his breath departs, he returns to the earth;
    on that very day his plans perish.
    5 Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob,
    whose hope is in the LORD his God,
    6 who made heaven and earth,
    the sea, and all that is in them,
    who keeps faith forever;
    7 who executes justice for the oppressed,
    who gives food to the hungry.
    The LORD sets the prisoners free;
    8 the LORD opens the eyes of the blind.
    The LORD lifts up those who are bowed down;
    the LORD loves the righteous.
    9 The LORD watches over the sojourners;
    he upholds the widow and the fatherless,
    but the way of the wicked he brings to ruin.
    10 The LORD will reign forever,
    your God, O Zion, to all generations.

    Hallelujah!

    مزمور ١٤٦
    ١ هَلِّلُويا!
    سَبِّحِي اللهَ، يا نَفسِي!
    ۲ طَوالَ حَياتِي سَأُسَبِّحُ اللهَ.
    لإلَهِي سَأُرَنِّمُ ما دُمتُ حَيّاً.
    ٣ عَلَى الأُمَراءِ لا تَتَّكِلْ،
    فَلَيسَ عِندَ بَشَرٍ قُدرَةٌ عَلَى أنْ يُخَلِّصَ.
    ٤ هُمْ أيضاً يَمُوتُونَ، وَإلَى التُّرابِ يَعُودُونَ،
    وَكُلُّ أفكارِهِمْ وَخُطَطِهِمْ لا تُسفِرُ عَنْ شَيءٍ.
    ٥ هَنِيئاً لِمَنْ إلَهُ يَعْقُوبَ مُعِينُهُ،
    هَنِيئاً لِمَنْ يَتَّكِلُ عَلَى إلَهِهِ.
    ٦ هُوَ الَّذِي صَنَعَ السَّماءَ وَالأرْضَ وَالبَحرَ،
    وَكُلَّ ما فِيها.
    هُوَ الَّذِي إلَى الأبَدِ يَحفَظُ الحَقَّ!
    ٧ هُوَ الَّذِي يُنصِفُ المَظلُومِينَ،
    وَيُطعِمُ الجِياعَ.
    اللهُ يُطلِقُ السُّجَناءَ.
    ٨ اللهُ يَفتَحُ عُيُونَ العُميِ،
    وَيُقِيمُ العاثِرِينَ.
    اللهُ يُحِبُّ الأبرارَ.
    ٩ اللهُ يَحمِي الغُرَباءَ،
    وَيُطعِمُ الأرامِلَ وَاليَتامَى،
    أمّا الأثَمَةُ فَيُحبِطُ طُرُقَهُمْ.
    ١٠ لِيَملُكِ اللهُ إلَى الأبَدِ!
    جِيلاً بَعدَ جِيلٍ لِيَملُكْ إلَهُكِ، يا صِهْيَوْنَ.
    هَلِّلُويا!

    29 Maggio 2017 Preghiamo per Paolo con il Salmo 77

    Salmo 77
    1 Al direttore del coro. Secondo Iedutun. Salmo di Asaf.
    La mia voce sale a Dio e io grido;
    la mia voce sale a Dio ed egli mi porge l’orecchio.
    2 Nel giorno della mia afflizione ho cercato il Signore;
    la mia mano è stata tesa durante la notte senza stancarsi,
    l’anima mia ha rifiutato di essere consolata.
    3 Mi ricordo di Dio, e gemo;
    medito, e il mio spirito è abbattuto. [Pausa]
    4 Tu tieni desti gli occhi miei,
    sono turbato e non posso parlare.
    5 Ripenso ai giorni antichi,
    agli anni da lungo tempo trascorsi.
    6 Durante la notte mi ricordo dei miei canti;
    medito,
    e il mio spirito si pone delle domande:
    7 «Il Signore ci respinge forse per sempre?
    Non mostrerà più la sua bontà?
    8 La sua misericordia è venuta a mancare per sempre?
    La sua parola ha cessato per ogni generazione?
    9 Dio ha forse dimenticato di aver pietà?
    Ha egli soffocato nell’ira il suo amore?» [Pausa]
    10 Ho detto: «La mia afflizione sta in questo,
    che la destra dell’Altissimo è mutata».
    11 Io rievocherò i prodigi del SIGNORE;
    sì, ricorderò le tue meraviglie antiche,
    12 mediterò su tutte le opere tue e ripenserò alle tue gesta.
    13 O Dio, le tue vie sono sante;
    quale Dio è grande come il nostro Dio?
    14 Tu sei il Dio che opera meraviglie;
    tu hai fatto conoscere la tua forza tra i popoli.
    15 Con il tuo braccio hai riscattato il tuo popolo,
    i figli di Giacobbe e di Giuseppe. [Pausa]
    16 Le acque ti videro, o Dio;
    le acque ti videro e furono spaventate;
    anche gli oceani tremarono.
    17 Le nubi versarono diluvi d’acqua;
    i cieli tuonarono;
    e anche le tue saette guizzarono da ogni parte.
    18 Il fragore dei tuoni era nel turbine;
    i lampi illuminarono il mondo;
    la terra fu scossa e tremò.
    19 Tu apristi la tua via in mezzo al mare,
    i tuoi sentieri in mezzo alle grandi acque
    e le tue orme non furono visibili.
    20 Tu guidasti il tuo popolo come un gregge,
    per mano di Mosè e d’Aaronne.

    Psaume 77
    1 Au maître de chant,… Idithun. Psaume d’Asaph.
    Vers Dieu, je crie mon appel ! Je crie vers Dieu : qu’il m’entende !
    2 Au jour de la détresse, je cherche le Seigneur ; la nuit, je tends les mains sans relâche, mon âme refuse le réconfort.
    3 Je me souviens de Dieu, je me plains ;je médite et mon esprit défaille.
    4 Tu refuses à mes yeux le sommeil ; je me trouble, incapable de parler.
    5 Je pense aux jours d’autrefois, aux années de jadis ;
    6 la nuit, je me souviens de mon chant, je médite en mon coeur, et mon esprit s’interroge.
    7 Le Seigneur ne fera-t-il que rejeter, ne sera-t-il jamais plus favorable ?
    8 Son amour a-t-il donc disparu ? S’est-elle éteinte, d’âge en âge, la parole ?
    9 Dieu oublierait-il d’avoir pitié, dans sa colère a-t-il fermé ses entrailles ?
    10 J’ai dit : « Une chose me fait mal, la droite du Très-Haut a changé. »
    11 Je me souviens des exploits du Seigneur, je rappelle ta merveille de jadis ;
    12 je me redis tous tes hauts faits, sur tes exploits je médite.
    13 Dieu, la sainteté est ton chemin ! Quel Dieu est grand comme Dieu ?
    14 Tu es le Dieu qui accomplis la merveille, qui fais connaître chez les peuples ta force :
    15 tu rachetas ton peuple avec puissance, les descendants de Jacob et de Joseph.
    16 Les eaux, en te voyant, Seigneur, les eaux, en te voyant, tremblèrent, l’abîme lui-même a frémi.
    17 Les nuages déversèrent leurs eaux, les nuées donnèrent de la voix, la foudre frappait de toute part.
    18 Au roulement de ta voix qui tonnait, tes éclairs illuminèrent le monde, la terre s’agita et frémit.
    19 Par la mer passait ton chemin, tes sentiers, par les eaux profondes ; et nul n’en connaît la trace.
    20 Tu as conduit comme un troupeau ton peuple par la main de Moïse et d’Aaron.

    Psalm 77
    1 To the choirmaster: according to Jeduthun. A Psalm of Asaph.
    I cry aloud to God,
    aloud to God, and he will hear me.
    2 In the day of my trouble I seek the Lord;
    in the night my hand is stretched out without wearying;
    my soul refuses to be comforted.
    3 When I remember God, I moan;
    when I meditate, my spirit faints. Selah
    4 You hold my eyelids open;
    I am so troubled that I cannot speak.
    5 I consider the days of old,
    the years long ago.
    6 I said,[a] “Let me remember my song in the night;
    let me meditate in my heart.”
    Then my spirit made a diligent search:
    7 “Will the Lord spurn forever,
    and never again be favorable?
    8 Has his steadfast love forever ceased?
    Are his promises at an end for all time?
    9 Has God forgotten to be gracious?
    Has he in anger shut up his compassion?” Selah
    10 Then I said, “I will appeal to this,
    to the years of the right hand of the Most High.”[b]
    11 I will remember the deeds of the LORD;
    yes, I will remember your wonders of old.
    12 I will ponder all your work,
    and meditate on your mighty deeds.
    13 Your way, O God, is holy.
    What god is great like our God?
    14 You are the God who works wonders;
    you have made known your might among the peoples.
    15 You with your arm redeemed your people,
    the children of Jacob and Joseph. Selah
    16 When the waters saw you, O God,
    when the waters saw you, they were afraid;
    indeed, the deep trembled.
    17 The clouds poured out water;
    the skies gave forth thunder;
    your arrows flashed on every side.
    18 The crash of your thunder was in the whirlwind;
    your lightnings lighted up the world;
    the earth trembled and shook.
    19 Your way was through the sea,
    your path through the great waters;
    yet your footprints were unseen.[c]
    20 You led your people like a flock
    by the hand of Moses and Aaron.

    الْمَزْمُورُ ٧٧
    لِقَائِدِ الْمُنْشِدِينَ عَلَى يَدُوثُونَ. لآسَافَ. مَزْمُورٌ
    إِلَى اللهِ أَرْفَعُ صَوْتِي، إِلَى اللهِ أَصْرُخُ فَيُصْغِي إِلَيَّ.
    فِي يَوْمِ ضِيقِي طَلَبْتُ الرَّبَّ. انْبَسَطَتْ يَدِي طُولَ اللَّيْلِ فَلَمْ تَكِلَّ. أَبَتْ نَفْسِي الْعَزَاءَ.
    أَذْكُرُ الرَّبَّ فَأَتَنَهَّدُ، أُنَاجِي نَفْسِي فَيُغْشَى عَلَى رُوحِي.
    أَمْسَكْتَ أَجْفَانِي عَنِ النَّوْمِ. اعْتَرَانِي الْقَلَقُ فَعَجَزْتُ عَنِ الْكَلاَمِ.
    فَكَّرْتُ فِي الأَيَّامِ الْقَدِيمَةِ وَفِي السِّنِينَ السَّحِيقَةِ.
    فِي اللَّيْلِ أَتَذَكَّرُ تَرْنِيمِي، وَأُنَاجِي قَلْبِي، وَتَجِدُّ فِي الْبَحْثِ نَفْسِي.
    هَلْ إِلَى الأَبَدِ يَرْفُضُنَا الرَّبُّ وَلَا يَرْضَى عَنَّا أَبَداً؟
    هَلِ انْتَهَتْ رَحْمَتُهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ؟ هَلِ انْقَطَعَتْ عَنَّا مَوَاعِيدُهُ؟
    أَلَعَلَّ اللهَ نَسِيَ رَأْفَتَهُ؟ أَمْ حَبَسَ بِغَضَبٍ مَرَاحِمَهُ؟
    ثُمَّ قُلْتُ:”هَذَا يُسْقِمُنِي: أَنَّ يَمِينَ اللهِ الْعَلِيِّ قَدْ تَحَوَّلَتْ عَنَّا“
    أَذْكُرُ أَعْمَالَكَ يَا رَبُّ. أَذْكُرُ عَجَائِبَكَ الَّتِي عَمِلْتَهَا فِي الْقَدِيمِ،
    وَأَتَأَمَّلُ جَمِيعَ أَفْعَالِكَ وَأُنَاجِي بِكُلِّ مَا صَنَعْتَهُ.
    يَا اللهُ، إِنَّ طَرِيقَكَ هِيَ الْقَدَاسَةُ، فَأَيُّ إِلَهٍ عَظِيمٌ مِثْلُ اللهِ؟
    أَنْتَ الإِلَهُ الصَّانِعُ الْعَجَائِبَ، وَقَدْ أَعْلَنْتَ قُوَّتَكَ بَيْنَ الشُّعُوبِ.
    بِذِرَاعِكَ القَدِيرَةِ افْتَدَيْتَ شَعْبَكَ بَنِي يَعْقُوبَ وَيُوسُفَ.
    رَأَتْكَ الْمِيَاهُ يَا اللهُ فَارْتَجَفَتْ وَاضْطَرَبَتْ أَعْمَاقُهَا أَيْضاً.
    سَكَبَتِ الْغُيُومُ مَاءً وَأَرْعَدَتِ السُّحُبُ، وَتَطَايَرَتْ سِهَامُكَ.
    زَأَرَ صَوْتُ رَعْدِكَ فِي الزَّوْبَعَةِ، فَأَضَاءَتِ الْبُرُوقُ الْمَسْكُونَةَ، وَارْتَعَدَتِ الأَرْضُ وَاهْتَزَّتْ.
    إِنَّمَا فِي الْبَحْرِ طَرِيقُكَ، وَمَسَالِكُكَ فِي الْمِيَاهِ الْغَامِرَةِ، وَآثَارُ خُطُوَاتِكَ لَا تُتَقَصَّى.
    هَدَيْتَ شَعْبَكَ كَقَطِيعٍ عَلَى يَدِ مُوسَى وَهَارُونَ.

    29 Aprile 2017 Preghiamo insieme pensando a Padre Paolo

    Matteo 5, 1-12
    Vedendo le folle, Gesù salì sulla montagna e, messosi a sedere, gli si avvicinarono i suoi discepoli. Prendendo allora la parola, li ammaestrava dicendo:
    “Beati i poveri in spirito, perché di essi è il regno dei cieli.
    Beati gli afflitti, perché saranno consolati.
    Beati i miti, perché erediteranno la terra.
    Beati quelli che hanno fame e sete della giustizia, perché saranno saziati.
    Beati i misericordiosi, perché troveranno misericordia.
    Beati i puri di cuore, perché vedranno Dio.
    Beati gli operatori di pace, perché saranno chiamati figli di Dio.
    Beati i perseguitati per causa della giustizia, perché di essi è il regno dei cieli.
    Beati voi quando vi insulteranno, vi perseguiteranno e, mentendo, diranno ogni sorta di male contro di voi per causa mia. Rallegratevi ed esultate, perché grande è la vostra ricompensa nei cieli. Così infatti hanno perseguitato i profeti prima di voi.”

    Matthieu 5, 1-12
    Voyant les foules, Jésus gravit la montagne. Il s’assit, et ses disciples s’approchèrent de lui.
    Alors, ouvrant la bouche, il les enseignait. Il disait :
    « Heureux les pauvres de cœur, car le royaume des Cieux est à eux.
    Heureux ceux qui pleurent, car ils seront consolés.
    Heureux les doux, car ils recevront la terre en héritage.
    Heureux ceux qui ont faim et soif de la justice, car ils seront rassasiés.
    Heureux les miséricordieux, car ils obtiendront miséricorde.
    Heureux les cœurs purs, car ils verront Dieu.
    Heureux les artisans de paix, car ils seront appelés fils de Dieu.
    Heureux ceux qui sont persécutés pour la justice, car le royaume des Cieux est à eux.
    Heureux êtes-vous si l’on vous insulte, si l’on vous persécute et si l’on dit faussement toute sorte de mal contre vous, à cause de moi.
    Réjouissez-vous, soyez dans l’allégresse, car votre récompense est grande dans les cieux !
    En effet, c’est ainsi qu’on a persécuté les prophètes qui vous ont précédés. »

    Matthew 5, 1-12
    Seeing the crowds, he went up on the mountain, and when he sat down, his disciples came to him. And he opened his mouth and taught them, saying:
    “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
    Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
    Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.
    Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.
    Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.
    Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
    Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.
    Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
    Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”

    متى ٥، ١-١۲
    وَلَمَّا رَأَى الْجُمُوعَ صَعِدَ إِلَى الْجَبَلِ، فَلَمَّا جَلَسَ تَقَدَّمَ إِلَيْهِ تَلاَمِيذُهُ.
    فَفتحَ فاهُ وعَلَّمَهُمْ قَائِلاً:
    “طُوبَى لِلْمَسَاكِينِ بِالرُّوحِ، لأَنَّ لَهُمْ مَلَكُوتَ السَّمَاوَاتِ.
    طُوبَى لِلْحَزَانَى، لأَنَّهُمْ يَتَعَزَّوْنَ.
    طُوبَى لِلْوُدَعَاءِ، لأَنَّهُمْ يَرِثُونَ الأَرْضَ.
    طُوبَى لِلْجِيَاعِ وَالْعِطَاشِ إِلَى الْبِرِّ، لأَنَّهُمْ يُشْبَعُونَ.
    طُوبَى لِلرُّحَمَاءِ، لأَنَّهُمْ يُرْحَمُونَ.
    طُوبَى لِلأَنْقِيَاءِ الْقَلْبِ، لأَنَّهُمْ يُعَايِنُونَ اللهَ.
    طُوبَى لِصَانِعِي السَّلاَمِ، لأَنَّهُمْ أَبْنَاءَ اللهِ يُدْعَوْنَ.
    طُوبَى لِلْمَطْرُودِينَ مِنْ أَجْلِ الْبِرِّ، لأَنَّ لَهُمْ مَلَكُوتَ السَّمَاوَاتِ.
    طُوبَى لَكُمْ إِذَا عَيَّرُوكُمْ وَطَرَدُوكُمْ وَقَالُوا عَلَيْكُمْ كُلَّ كَلِمَةٍ شِرِّيرَةٍ، مِنْ أَجْلِي، كَاذِبِينَ.
    اِفْرَحُوا وَتَهَلَّلُوا، لأَنَّ أَجْرَكُمْ عَظِيمٌ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ، فَإِنَّهُمْ هكَذَا طَرَدُوا الأَنْبِيَاءَ الَّذِينَ قَبْلَكُمْ. ”

    Preghiamo insieme con il Salmo 63 pensando a Paolo dopo 1339 giorni trascorsi dal 29 luglio 2013

    Salmo 63
    1 Di Davide, quando dimorava nel deserto di Giuda.
    2 O Dio, tu sei il mio Dio, all’aurora ti cerco,
    di te ha sete l’anima mia,
    a te anela la mia carne,
    come terra deserta,
    arida, senz’acqua.
    3 Così nel santuario ti ho cercato,
    per contemplare la tua potenza e la tua gloria.
    4 Poiché la tua grazia vale più della vita,
    le mie labbra diranno la tua lode.
    5 Così ti benedirò finché io viva,
    nel tuo nome alzerò le mie mani.
    6 Mi sazierò come a lauto convito,
    e con voci di gioia ti loderà la mia bocca.
    7 Quando nel mio giaciglio di te mi ricordo
    e penso a te nelle veglie notturne,
    8 a te che sei stato il mio aiuto,
    esulto di gioia all’ombra delle tue ali.
    9 A te si stringe l’anima mia
    e la forza della tua destra mi sostiene.
    10 Ma quelli che attentano alla mia vita
    scenderanno nel profondo della terra,
    11 saranno dati in potere alla spada,
    diverranno preda di sciacalli.
    12 Il re gioirà in Dio,
    si glorierà chi giura per lui,
    perché ai mentitori verrà chiusa la bocca.
    Psaume 63
    1 De David, lorsqu’il était dans le désert de Juda.
    2 Dieu, tu es mon Dieu,
    Je te cherche dès l’aube :
    Mon âme a soif de toi;
    Après toi languit ma chair,
    Terre aride, altérée, sans eau.
    3 Je t’ai contemplé au sanctuaire,
    J’ai vu ta force et ta gloire.
    4 Ton amour vaut mieux que la vie :
    Tu seras la louange de mes lèvres!
    5 Toute ma vie je vais te bénir,
    Lever les mains en invoquant ton nom.
    6 Comme par un festin je serai rassasié;
    La joie sur les lèvres, je dirai ta louange.
    7 Dans la nuit, je me souviens de toi
    Et je reste des heures à te parler.
    8 Oui, tu es venu à mon secours :
    Je crie de joie à l’ombre de tes ailes.
    9 Mon âme s’attache à toi,
    Ta main droite me soutient.
    10 Mais ceux qui pourchassent mon âme,
    Qu’ils descendent aux profondeurs de la terre,
    11 Qu’on les passe au fil de l’épée,
    Qu’ils deviennent la pâture des loups!
    12 Et le roi se réjouira de son Dieu.
    Qui jure par lui en sera glorifié,
    Tandis que l’homme de mensonge
    Aura la bouche close.

    Psalm 63
    1A psalm of David. When he was in the desert of Judah.
    2 You, God, are my God,
    earnestly I seek you;
    I thirst for you,
    my whole being longs for you,
    in a dry and parched land
    where there is no water.
    3 I have seen you in the sanctuary
    and beheld your power and your glory.
    4 Because your love is better than life,
    my lips will glorify you.
    5 I will praise you as long as I live,
    and in your name I will lift up my hands.
    6 I will be satisfied as with the richest of foods;
    with singing lips my mouth will praise you.
    7 On my bed I remember you;
    I think of you through the watches of the night.
    8 Because you are my help,
    I sing in the shadow of your wings.
    9 I cling to you;
    your right hand upholds me.
    10 Those who want to kill me will be destroyed;
    they will go down to the depths of the earth.
    11 They will be given over to the sword
    and become food for jackals.
    12 But the king will rejoice in God;
    all who swear by God will glory in him,
    while the mouths of liars will be silenced.

    مزمور ٦٣
    ١ مَزْمُورٌ لِدَاوُدَ، لما كان في برية يهوذا.
    ۲ يَا ٱللهُ، إِلَهِي أَنْتَ. إِلَيْكَ أُبَكِّرُ. عَطِشَتْ إِلَيْكَ نَفْسِي، يَشْتَاقُ إِلَيْكَ جَسَدِي فِي أَرْضٍ نَاشِفَةٍ وَيَابِسَةٍ بِلَا مَاءٍ،
    ٣ لِكَيْ أُبْصِرَ قُوَّتَكَ وَمَجْدَكَ. كَمَا قَدْ رَأَيْتُكَ فِي قُدْسِكَ.
    ٤ لِأَنَّ رَحْمَتَكَ أَفْضَلُ مِنَ ٱلْحَيَاةِ. شَفَتَايَ تُسَبِّحَانِكَ.
    ٥ هَكَذَا أُبَارِكُكَ فِي حَيَاتِي. بِٱسْمِكَ أَرْفَعُ يَدَيَّ.
    ٦ كَمَا مِنْ شَحْمٍ وَدَسَمٍ تَشْبَعُ نَفْسِي، وَبِشَفَتَيْ ٱلِٱبْتِهَاجِ يُسَبِّحُكَ فَمِي.
    ٧ إِذَا ذَكَرْتُكَ عَلَى فِرَاشِي، فِي ٱلسُّهْدِ أَلْهَجُ بِكَ،
    ٨ لِأَنَّكَ كُنْتَ عَوْنًا لِي، وَبِظِلِّ جَنَاحَيْكَ أَبْتَهِجُ.
    ٩ اِلْتَصَقَتْ نَفْسِي بِكَ. يَمِينُكَ تَعْضُدُنِي.
    ١٠ أَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِلتَّهْلُكَةِ يَطْلُبُونَ نَفْسِي، فَيَدْخُلُونَ فِي أَسَافِلِ ٱلْأَرْضِ.
    ١١ يُدْفَعُونَ إِلَى يَدَيِ ٱلسَّيْفِ. يَكُونُونَ نَصِيبًا لِبَنَاتِ آوَى.
    ١۲ أَمَّا ٱلْمَلِكُ فَيَفْرَحُ بِٱللهِ. يَفْتَخِرُ كُلُّ مَنْ يَحْلِفُ بِهِ، لِأَنَّ أَفْوَاهَ ٱلْمُتَكَلِّمِينَ بِٱلْكَذِبِ تُسَدُّ.

    Salmo 61 per pregare insieme pensando a Paolo

    Salmo 61
    1 Al maestro del coro. Per strumenti a corda. Di Davide.
    2 Ascolta, o Dio, il mio grido,
    sii attento alla mia preghiera.
    3 Dai confini della terra io t’invoco;
    mentre il mio cuore viene meno,
    guidami su rupe inaccessibile.
    4 Tu sei per me rifugio,
    torre salda davanti all’avversario.
    5 Dimorerò nella tua tenda per sempre,
    all’ombra delle tue ali troverò riparo;
    6 perché tu, Dio, hai ascoltato i miei voti,
    mi hai dato l’eredità di chi teme il tuo nome.
    7 Ai giorni del re aggiungi altri giorni,
    per molte generazioni siano i suoi anni.
    8 Regni per sempre sotto gli occhi di Dio;
    grazia e fedeltà lo custodiscano.
    9 Allora canterò inni al tuo nome, sempre,
    sciogliendo i miei voti giorno per giorno.
    Psaume 61
    1 Au chef des chantres. Sur les instruments à cordes. De David.
    2 O Dieu, entends mes cris,
    sois attentif à ma prière.
    3 Des extrémités de la terre, dans ma faiblesse, je crie à toi:
    conduis-moi sur le rocher trop élevé pour moi!
    4 Oui, tu es pour moi un refuge,
    une tour fortifiée, en face de l’ennemi.
    5 Je voudrais habiter éternellement dans ta tente,
    me réfugier sous l’abri de tes ailes.
    6 Oui, c’est toi, ô Dieu, qui écoutes mes voeux;
    tu me donnes l’héritage réservé à ceux qui craignent ton nom.
    7 Ajoute des jours à la vie du roi,
    que ses années se prolongent de génération en génération,.
    8 qu’il siège éternellement devant Dieu! Fais que ta bonté et ta fidélité veillent sur lui!
    9 Alors je chanterai sans cesse ton nom en accomplissant chaque jour mes vœux.

    Psalm 61
    1For the director of music. With stringed instruments. A psalm of David.
    2 Hear my cry, O God;
    listen to my prayer.
    3 From the ends of the earth I call to you,
    I call as my heart grows faint;
    lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
    4 For you have been my refuge,
    a strong tower against the foe.
    5 I long to dwell in your tent for ever
    and take refuge in the shelter of your wings.[b]
    6 For you, God, have heard my vows;
    you have given me the heritage of those who fear your name.
    7 Increase the days of the king’s life,
    his years for many generations.
    8 May he be enthroned in God’s presence for ever;
    appoint your love and faithfulness to protect him.
    9 Then I will ever sing in praise of your name
    and fulfill my vows day after day.

    مزمور ٦١
    ١ لإِمَامِ الْمُغَنِّينَ على ذوات الأوتار. مَزْمُورٌ لِدَاوُدَ.
    ۲ اِسْمَعْ يَا ٱللهُ صُرَاخِي، وَٱصْغَ إِلَى صَلَاتِي.
    ٣ مِنْ أَقْصَى ٱلْأَرْضِ أَدْعُوكَ إِذَا غُشِيَ عَلَى قَلْبِي؛ إِلَى صَخْرَةٍ أَرْفَعَ مِنِّي تَهْدِينِي.
    ٤ لِأَنَّكَ كُنْتَ مَلْجَأً لِي، بُرْجَ قُوَّةٍ مِنْ وَجْهِ ٱلْعَدُوِّ.
    ٥ أَسْكُنَنَّ فِي مَسْكَنِكَ إِلَى ٱلدُّهُورِ. أَحْتَمِي بِسِتْرِ جَنَاحَيْكَ. سِلَاهْ.
    ٦ لِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ يَا ٱللهُ ٱسْتَمَعْتَ نُذُورِي؛ أَعْطَيْتَ مِيرَاثَ خَائِفِي ٱسْمِكَ.
    ٧ إِلَى أَيَّامِ ٱلْمَلِكِ تُضِيفُ أَيَّامًا؛ سِنِينُهُ كَدَوْرٍ فَدَوْرٍ.
    ٨ يَجْلِسُ قُدَّامَ ٱللهِ إِلَى ٱلدَّهْرِ؛ ٱجْعَلْ رَحْمَةً وَحَقًّا يَحْفَظَانِهِ.
    ٩ هَكَذَا أُرَنِّمُ لِٱسْمِكَ إِلَى ٱلْأَبَدِ، لِوَفَاءِ نُذُورِي يَوْمًا فَيَوْمًا.
